Unable to upgrade SCCM to 2103

Hi,

I was trying to update SCCM from 1910 to 2103 but now in the "Update Pack Installation Status" the installation is in progress for several days. I already reboot several times, but no luck...

    Hi @Vitor Verdura ,

    According to the information, it seems that the account 'NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM' has not been added into the SQL.

    Please check if the account exists in the SQL sever management studio.
