PlayFab Photon Unity: 'Not authorized'

Question

After successfully logging into PlayFab, I try to create a room with the CreateRoom command in Photon.
Returns an error:
Failed to create game on https: //......./RoomCreated? : Error response ResultCode = '1' Message = 'Not authorized'.

A similar problem is described here, but I could not find a solution.
