Migration for Old Profile to New Profile

Question

Hi Microsoft,
Can someone please migrate my old profile https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/profile/kieran%20patrick%20wood/ to my new profile.
As you can see when looking at my old profile I have been answering questions and delivering content based on this profile for over 12 years. So I have literally invested thousands of hours into the Microsoft community. All I am asking for is that this recognition is migrated to my new profile.
