Windows 10 Bitlocker

Good morning Community,
I am seeking some technical advice. I am having a Bitlocker kerfuffle.

  1. Windows 10 20H2 built in vCenter 7.0
  2. Configured BitLocker Required additional Authentication at startup (Due to VM vice physical device)
  3. Password needed after every reboot.

I need the device to reboot without needing the BitLocker password as user will have these devices at home while teleworking.

Any idea how to make this happen.
