Regarding Microsoft teams
when I open contacts from the calls option, I can't show a contacts list

I need your help for any option to open my all contacts automatedly

Hi @Elsaeed Elsayed ,

Actually this Contact is not the contacts you could see from your Outlook > Address Book > All Contacts.
It's only the contacts you added, btw there are three ways to add users to this list:

1. Add contacts to your Outlook Contacts list:
   
2. Add contacts to your Teams Chat Contacts list:
   
3. Add the contacts to the Calls > Speed dial, this will also show the Contact groups you created manually and the members:
   

And if you want to Call someone in your organization, you need first to find them in the Search box, channels or chat histories.
