When does Azure AD ask for a fresh user login (wfresh=0) ?

I would like to know what are the use cases that can cause Azure AD to ask for a fresh authentication (wfresh=0).
I know that this happens when a user session is revoked manually, but are there any other use cases where it would occur? Like refresh token expiration or anything else.
