Solved by updating 2107 hotfix and gathering all files necassarry from PS Tools\adminconsole share.
CM console alerts about "a required component of the console is out of sync with your site"
After upgrading 2010 to 2107, CM console alerts about "A required component of the console is out of sync with your site" on the remote (RDS) server. I remember seing this before and solved by deleting some files, and then re-installed the console. I now did remove C:\Program Files x86\Configuration Manager, did re-install but the alert appeared again.
Any other hints? In previous, very earlier versions I see people contacting MS support for additional files, but this is a newer version and I managed to solve this before by wiping some files.

2021-11-26T09:33:11.45+00:00 @AllenLiu-MSFT I'm not sure it is the case, the problem occurs only on Remote Server (RDS) which has only the console installed. The problem does not happen on the Primary Site server Console.
On remote server, I only have this path installed: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Endpoint Manager\AdminConsole
