IIS 10 PHP 5.6 500 server error without any issue so i can diagnose

Question

Hi everyone i tried many many ways to get php5.6 because web platform installer php version is somehow not working good with my program. So after many many tried i installed php5.6 xampp on my local computer after that i copied whole php directory to server c:\php but still php-cgi.exe is not working fine. When i try to open that site up on server using rdp it shows error but that is just a php warning of deprecated mysql_connect. But still why page is not loading ? Becuase on local computer when i installed xampp all is working good on server it works well but when i move to mysql_connect page there it shows 500 server error and when i open on rdp browser that site on the server where it is hosted that only shows me warning of php but rest of page is not loaded.
