IIS infinite Windows Authentication

Hello,
I'm trying to set up windows authentication for my iis api. however , after enabling the windows authentication in iis, once my front end fire an api to the iis server , im getting infinite prompting of credential with any credential key in. i've tried various solution like disabling loopbackcheck , add to secure site . any help is appreciated.

Did you disable loop back check in the registry? After disabling, did you restart the machine?
You could try to set this code in web.config:
<authentication mode="Windows" /> <authorization> <allow users="*" /> <deny users="?" /> </authorization>Make sure the NTLM is the first provider and the Extended Protection is set to Accept under Advanced Settings.
