Can / how would I setup a notification email altert system for group managment?

Hi guys, can I set up an email alert or notification for when a group is removed from my application?

For example (see attached image), If I was to remove "Au Twilio Console group" can I get an email or alert that it is unassigned from the application?

Unfortunately, there is no easy or simple way to configure this.

When the group assignment is removed from the Users & Groups section of the Enterprise app, below audit log is registered:

To send an email notification when this activity is logged:

1. First, you have to Integrate Azure AD logs with Azure Monitor logs.
2. Then, Create activity log alerts by using Azure Monitor. Optionally, you may consider using a custom email subject or JSON payload as highlighted below.
