Text field cursor missing in RemoteApp

Hi, We have RDS installed on a 2019 setup, all roles in their own server. When running an app that has various text fields, you would normally expect a blinking text field cursor. However this is missing when launching the app via remoteapp on the gateway. On the session host itself if you run the program the cursor is there, it just isnt there when launching from RemoteApp Any ideas on what this could be? Thanks C

    Hi,

    If we published Notepad or Word which is installed on the same session host of the problematic app, and launch Notepad via RemoteApp, is the cursor there or isn't there?

    We need to first figure our if the issue is related to only one specific app or it occurs for all remote apps.
