Domain users unable to login to microsoft office, admin accounts can

Hello,

I am having an issue where a workstation on my workgroups domain does not allow users to log in to their Microsoft account to validate their Office 365 licenses. The administrator account on the computer can log in just fine to Office however.

When logging into a users account, the pop-up to type in the email address of the account associated with the license shows up, but when filled out with a users email/login "name" and the "next" button is clicked the pop-up disappears and the normal next screen to provide a password does not show up. The whole pop-up just closes itself and nothing happens.

These users are able to log in to their accounts on other workstations on the domain, so that eliminates some of the causes.

I have un/re-installed office on the device as well and I am still having the same issue.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Do you install the Microsoft 365 Apps with shared computer activation?
    Besides, is there any authentication enabled?

    It is recommended to reassign a license of Microsoft 365 Apps to a user to test this issue.
    Please let users sign in to the portal for a check.
