Cannot find teams addin for outlook

I have have Office Home & Business 2021 installed on my mac. Unfortunately, I cannot get the Microsoft teams addin in outlook.
Does anyone know how I can get this addin?
When looking online, the most common suggestion is: file-->options-->addins. But in my file tab I do not have options.

    Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

    Can you schedule Teams meeting in outlook web client?

    Please check if you have enabled Teams add-in in Teams admin center.
