Microsoft 365 secure score values

Hi,

I am managing several customer tenants and looking for improving secure scores on each tenant. I have one customer tenant whose secure score is granted out of 821. But all the other tenants are scored based on a lower value (out of 62) and fewer improvement actions are listed (13 improvement actions). I am wondering which scoring is correct. If the 821 based scoring is correct how can we get more improvement actions on the other tenants as well?

Microsoft has been or is rolling out a new version of Secure Score, the new one a lot better and makes more sense.

One final note about the score is related to the following changes:
    * The point scale for Improvement Actions has been changed to 1-10 to align with the Center for Internet Security (CIS). Previously the scale was 1 -50 points.
    * Marking “Risk Accepted” no longer impacts your score (i.e.: numerator or denominator)
    * The total points for your organization (denominator) is based on the products you have deployed. Licensed but undeployed products will not impact your score
