Sharepoint list filter shows incorrect result

When filtering a list for a specific value, an incorrect result is displayed (perhaps due to some fuzzy logic). How can I disable this?

Please check the following to troubleshoot this issue:

1.Did you mean that this issue only happens when you search this specific value “3302XL01MD05”. If you search other values in the list, could you get the correct result?

2.If you search "330SVA1FSA35" directly in the List, could you get this result?

Yes if I search for "330SVA1FSA35" I see the correct result. I will speak to the users to see if this happens on other search terms too.

I suggest you to search "3302XL01MD05" item in the Search Center Site.

If this item can be searchable in the search center site, it means there is a problem with the List. You need to create a new List to replace it.

If not showing, it may be that you set some query rules, causing return incorrect results.

Sorry, it means that some kind of errors in this List.
I suggest you create a New List to store these items.

Yes it is visible on the main site search, but I don't understand what that proves in relation to it showing up incorrectly for a different search term

According to the screenshot that you gave, I want to know why "3302XL01MD05" multiple times appears in a same SharePoint List ?

Does you not configure enforce unique values for the column named "Part Number" ?
