Hi, Does the following Site Collection Features are now no longer available in SharePoint Online?
• SearchDrivenContent Feature
• SearchTaxonomyRefinementWebPartsHtml Feature
• SharePointHomeCache Feature
• SearchTaxonomyRefinementWebParts Feature
• MobileExcelWebAccess Feature

I migrated a site from the old tenant to a new tenant and the Features above are the requirements for the migrated site.
I tried to activate it in PowerShell but nothing happens, no error or whatsoever.

First of all, please activate SharePoint Server Standard Site Collection features under Site Collection Features and see if you can get some of these features activated. Most hidden features can only be activated using PowerShell, but you will need the corresponding subscription to have the access.

    1. For the three search related features, you will need to activate Cross-Site Collection Publishing feature under Site Collection Features.
Please note that Cross-Site Publishing is available for Office 365 Enterprise E3 & E5 plan.
    2. For the MobileExcelWebAccess Feature, which has been deprecated in SharePoint Online, you can refer to an article here for a workaround to activate this feature:
Unable to create SharePoint Online site with MobileExcelWebAccess feature error.
    3. For the SharePointHomeCache Feature, you can see a similar post here for reference:
