Hello, we are encountering some issues with sharepoint designer workflows. workflow failed to run after a pause step workflow failed to start and then failed to run. Can anyone help on these? Thanks.

Hi @Rani Kummari , If possible, please provide detailed steps about your designer workflow. Add " Log to History List " action after the pause step to debug it. Also check for any error message in the status page that is associated with the workflow.

Whether the "Employee" is person or group column, "Txt Employee Name" is single line of text column?

Yes, 'Employee' is a person or group type of column.
'Txt Employee Name' is a text type of column.
Where can we see the error in the status page?
On the workflow history list?

You could go to the Workflow Status page directly from the list or library where the document or item involved in the workflow is saved.

Then click the workflow instance to check any error message:
