What is this error and how can I fix it?
It's filling up the Event Viewer. Is this an error need to worry about ? 

Failed with 0x490 modifying AppModel Runtime status for package Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_1000.14393.0.0_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy for user DOMAIN\bob (current status = 0x0, desired status = 0x20).

the "for package" seems to change with very single error/event entry.
