Upgrade from TLS1.0 to TLS1.2

Hello, I have a server computer for SQL2008, and installed KB4057113

This server have a web-based system

Will this system turn off TLS1.0, 1.1, and turn on TLS1.2, do we need additional development programs?

Or, we can open TLS1.2 directly

    KB4057113 is for SQL Server 2008 R2, not 2008; a simple typo?

    See KB3135244 - TLS 1.2 support for Microsoft SQL Server for more details.

    And keep in mind, SQL Server 2008 is out-of-support since a very long time.

    version is SQL 2008 R2,and now KB4057113 has been installed
    Will this system turn off TLS1.0, 1.1, and turn on TLS1.2, do we need additional development programs?
