Rest api to get conversion(price tiers) table

Hello

I would like to clarify information about pricing tiers for app and/or addOns.
It is said in Set and schedule app pricing documentation that conversion table (price tier table) is available to download via link from Partner Center.

And we need to implement functionality to define local price of every successful transaction on our Service side. We could define local price from conversion table by user's country from http session and price tier which could be retrieved from Submission Api. But the problem is that conversion table need to be automatically updated from time to time (for example once a day), because exchange rates are always changing and manually downloading it from Partner Center is not acceptable.

So I am wondering is there any REST API which could provide content of price tier table.
