Azure AD B2C MutliFactor Page Not Responsive In Iphone
When loading Multi-Factor Authentication Page in iPhone it is not responsive and spilling out of the page need to be responsive that page

Could you please confirm whether you are utilizing user flow or creating custom policies? If the MFA page is built using custom HTML/CSS, what is the page contract version? Additionally, are you utilizing anything customized? If this is the case, could you revert to the default configuration and try it again? Thanks -

I had checked across different version of iPhone (including iPhone 12 PRO , pls find below screenshot) but couldn't preproduce the issue and this seems to be specific with your scenario hence I would recommend you to contact azure support as this issues need more investigation and live troubleshooting to figure out actual cause.
