Outlook web addin - "Failed to deploy the manifest file to the Exchange server" (401)

Hi!
Let me describe what I exactly do.
I create a project:

Now I simply compile it (I do not even modify any single line of code):

And I simply start it:

I get:

I click on Connect and it starts cycling and after a while:

I can see the found parameters are OK:

What is stranger is that I already have another web addin project and it works fine… I tried to transform the new project using the same files and settings than the other project that works but no way…. I used exactly the same ports, the same manifest XML (exactly the same) and I even went to the .csproj files and ensured that everything was just the same… but it does not want to run.

Any advise?

    Thanks for your detailed screenshots and I have tried my best to search some related information.
    In order to verify, when connecting to exchange account, is it an administrator account?
    According to my search, it was found that which is a common problem with Web Deploy, and the workaround is to provide administrative credentials.
