BGInfo and roaming profiles

Setup BGInfo via GPO to copy the required files locally from a file share and then run the configuration file.
Unfortunately after it is run the first time, the same HostName comes up on all servers connected to. This is being accessed as a published desktop in Citrix.
I have cleared the CacheFiles folder on the roaming profile and it just gets recreated again on login.
Example:
Log into server A.
The HostName A shows up as expected on the desktop.
Log off from server A and clear the CacheFiles folder from the roaming profile.

Log into server B.
The HostName server A still shows up on the desktop and there is a new JPG in the cachefiles folder showing server A

How do I stop this from happening?

    Have you tried changing the output path to somewhere outside of the roaming profile?
