Is the consistency strategy of AD B2C configurable through e.g. tiers? Can we get read-after-write consistency?

@JamesTran-MSFT so we’re facing issues with B2C that it’s not read-after-write consistent. In other words: we create a new user, and need to retry the login a few times before it succeeds, since the “write” (creating the user) isn’t immediately propagated to all regions/partitions/whatever b2c uses. This isn’t a huge problem, since we’re only using it for authentication; but it would be good to know if that’s something we can configure (just like for e.g. CosmoDb you can define the consistency vs performance etc)

Unfortunately, when it comes to modifying/configuring how fast you can log-in after initially creating a user isn't possible as of right now. However, I'd recommend leveraging our User Voice forum and creating a feature request, so our engineering team can look into implementing this.
I've also created an internal feature request so our engineering team is aware of this as well.
