I want to know the history to date about Windows Update published and distributed by Microsoft.
The OS is "Windows Server 2016 Standard".

I don't need the details of the update, but I'm looking for an update ID and type.

Example:
the cumulative update(KB4571694)

I know how to find out which updates have been installed on my computer.
What I want to know is how to find out which updates have been published and distributed from Microsoft and have not yet been installed.

This is because you regularly want to get updates from "Microsoft Update Catalog (https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/)".
I want to run the update I got on a computer that does not connect to the internet.
(When I download updates, I use other computers that can connect to the Internet.)

I couldn't find a Microsoft Web site where I could know this information, but if it exists, let me know.

    Hi,

As far as I know there doesn't exist a list of all updates for a specific operating system version.
What you can do is to use search terms which will filter the updates found in the Microsoft Update Catalog.

For all updates that are available for Windows Server 2016, simply search for "Windows Server 2016" in the Microsoft Update Catalog page as follows:
    https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=windows+server+2016

(If the reply was helpful please don't forget to accept as answer, thank you)

    Best regards,
    Leon

    Hi,

You may refer to the Windows 10, version 1607 and Windows Server 2016 update history on the left side.

Also, the Monthly Rollup is product specific, addresses both new security issues and nonsecurity issues in a single update and will proactively include updates that were released in the past.

If you have the latest updates installed, you don't need to install the previous ones.

Hope above information can help you.
