ACS unable to setup push notifications

Hello,

I've recently tried to setup an ACS instance for push notifications to a working test Notification Hub instance, I was unable to find any notification hubs through the Azure Portal UI but was able to setup a connection using the ARM client (as noted here) but no notifications from ACS are received by Notification Hub.

The Push notifications pane in ACS is now timing out and a popup is shown"Server not responding Unable to access Azure notifications right now. Please try again later".

I'm not sure how to proceed, I've had a look at the ACS resource json and it appears to be OK.

I've tested again with connecting a new ACS instance tothe existing Notification Hub instance using the armclient CLI and the issue (timeout on Push Notifications pane in ACS) happens again.

The activity log is showing errors such as below

Operation name Link an Azure Notification Hub to the communication service
Error code RemoteLinkNotificationHubFailed
Message Forwarding LinkNotificationHub request failed: {redacted} with BadRequest

Thanks, I am wondering if it's related to why Portal does not show the notification hub in the Push Notifications pane, possibly a missing configuration or permission but I can't really see any indicators

Hello,

I've sent an email as suggested but I haven't seen any responses.

I've implemented an alternate solution with ACS > Event Grid > Function > Notification Hub for now but it would be good to identify whether the ACS > Notification Hub is a simpler approach.
