windows 10 hyper-v issue, i can't share the file between host pc and hyper-v pc

i test blew that

firstly, i did to rogin hyper-v pc and i try to share the file to hyper-v pc from host pc.

but PC appear this "\kihyun\Users\Public\PC_SHARE is not a accessible. you might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

i dont understand this mean.
