VisualStateGroups doesn't work in the VS 2022 but workes in the VS 2019

Hello
Before I had VS 2019 and all of my application worked very well with (.net 4.8) ,But today I installed VS 2022 and when I open each application in the Blend Visual studio it gives this error:
The member "VisualStateGroups" is not recognized or is not accessible.
But if I open it in VS 2019 again everything is ok.
Do I need to install something?

Does it give the errors in case of new applications too (based on .NET Framework 4.8)?

No just I have problem with old apps that I created them by the VS 2019

If you have a sample application that cannot be used in Visual Studio 2022, you can publish it to OneDrive, GitHub, etc.

Hi,
do you have any solution?
Many of my styles doesn't works - therefore I had to go back to VS2019.
