Please i need your help on this.

Users are stuck in the Lobby whenever they join a meeting even when all lobby settings are configured

Only very few (3) out of about 500 participants can be seen in the Gallery during teams meetings.

Admin unable to admit or see the users in the Lobby.

Is these users are guest or anonymous users in your meeting?

What is your lobby settings in your environment? Please check the following picture's setting and provide the screenshot to us.

Only very few (3) out of about 500 participants can be seen in the Gallery during teams meetings.

Do you mean you want to see all participants' video in Teams meeting?

In this situation, large gallery maybe a good choice for you. Large gallery view is available when at least ten people have their cameras turned on. For more details, you can refer to:
