DFS 2016 and 2019 pair considerations

Any known glitches, issues, or catches about pairing a Sever 2016 and a Server 2019 for DFS? Or any functional reason not to do that? The plan is to add the 2019, then upgrade the 2016 to 2019.

    Windows server 2016 and Windows server 2019 are two adjacent operating systems, and the functional difference is not too great.

    I think there should be no problem with pairing a Sever 2016 and a Server 2019 for DFS.

    I am sorry, I did not find such an article to clarify this particular question.
