Attestation signing reports: None of the drivers in this submission were eligible for Universal validation

Question

Hi, I submitted a driver which - according to the documentation and infverif from the latest WDK - is Universal. But attestation signing does not classify it as Universal. The report says:

None of the drivers in this submission were eligible for Universal validation
INF Validation Notes
INF validation successful,

What is wrong with the driver?

To clarify the Attestation process you can open a Help+Support case using the ? button next to your profile picture at the top right of the "Partner Center" website
