yesterday i was able to post the question
What I have found is that if I post an answer to a thread that I have opened for some time, I get this error. When I go back and reload the page, I can post.
Note that there is a very nice feature that remembers what you have written to the posting window so when you reload, you are asked if you want to reload it.
