Sensitivity Labels in Outlook - Change of experience possible?

Hi folks

I've got a quick question regards Sensitivity Labelling within Outlook that a customer has asked us. If we apply a Sensitivity Label as a footer (we've configured it currently, that if an email is sent, the customer must apply (choose themselves) one of the three Sensitivity Labels - this is enforced and working as intended - all labels are configured only in M365 and we're using the Unified Labeling Client), then for subsequent replies from the customer, if the Sensitivity Label could be removed/disabled, so it only applies on the initial compose email. The customer has complained that the footer marking is repeated for every email they reply to and isn't a good experience. I've stated that removing this would introduce risk as the information marking would not be consistent across the email conversation.

Basically, this is the current experience now:

Email composed by customer <<< Sensitivity Label footer applied (forced to choose one if not selected)
Email is replied to by the recipient
Email is replied back to 3rd party <<< Sensitivity Label footer applied automatically
Email is replied to be the recipient
Email is replied back to 3rd party <<< Sensitivity Label footer applied automatically

They would like the experience as follows:

Email composed by customer <<< Sensitivity Label footer applied (forced to choose one if not selected)
Email is replied to by the recipient
Email is replied back to 3rd party <<< No Sensitivity Label footer is applied
Email is replied to by the recipient
Email is replied back to 3rd party <<< No Sensitivity Label footer is applied

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Rob
