Nothing has changed this morning but it just stopped at 8am today.

    Same in my environment. Seems to be fixed by these registry keys:

    Add reg keys into your SCSM Server:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft.NETFramework\v4.0.30319]

    "SystemDefaultTlsVersions"=dword:00000001

    and

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft.NETFramework\v4.0.30319]

    "SystemDefaultTlsVersions"=dword:00000001

    Restart the server.
