I have an issue with windows services on 2012 R2 server (WSUSSRV)

so I am facing this issue for more than 6 months, some of the services stops continuously after like 10 min of running it and even if I change the status from manually to auto it become manual again just after 10 min,

the services are:
1-trustedinstaller
2- software protection
3-windows update

I tried the sfc command and there was no issue I also tried to kill the task but it didn't work, and I deleted the files in folder windows>softwaredistribution and restarted the server and didn't work

dose anyone have any idea about the issue it causing a lot of headache gonna cryyyyy

I honestly don't know, my boss handed me this issue and no one knows what caused it if you have any idea please let me know.

What problem does this cause? For some services this is normal.

what the error in the event viewer? Please check it.

And about sfc, could we know if we run it as the administrator, like the following screenshot:

I appreciate your assist,

I have already tried to run the services as admin with cmd and the results were all successful but it goes off again after 10min,
also there is no error related to services in event viewer but I received this:
