Client dont update last online time

hi all

we have some crash on server (powerdown) and from this time clients dont update last online time.
I check CcmNotificationAgent.log on client all is OK client send every 15minutes
Successfully sent keep-alive message. BgbAgent 25.08.2020 12:58:29 19044 (0x4A64)
Updating MDM_ConfigSetting.ClientHealthLastSyncTime with value 2020-08-25T10:58:29Z BgbAgent 25.08.2020 12:58:29 19044 (0x4A64)

on server check bgbserver.log bgbmgr.log no errors.
I find this time update only once a day. Some help ?

    Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    Could we try to manually refresh the client activity on the monitoring node to see if there is any change in the client's last online time?
    As the shown below:
