Azure Metrics Advisor Smart Detection not Working

Hi Guys,
I have been exploring and POCing metrics advisor for the past month now, i have run into a major issues on my side whereby when onboarding data works perfectly fine from various sources (azure sql, event hubs etc.)
But the Smart Detection Algorithm to detect upper and lower boundaries just does not seem to want to "detect" the bounds. when i explore the data on my feeds i can see that the trends are drawn from the data, but as you can see from the screenshot below. it fails to calculate any bounds (lighter blue bounds). so in effect the detection algorithm isnt working/firing making the solution pointless to use.
Steps ive done to onbaord data from azure sql:
Step 1. onboard data feed making use of : Select * from dbo.multifeed where timestamp >= @IntervalStart and [timestamp] < @IntervalEnd;
Step 2. Wait around 30- 40 minutes for the data to be onboarded and check that all the data points is cosure.
Step 3. Check that the feed is still active and running (green)
Step 4. Not sure what to do as all the tutorials follow these steps and i can see in the videos that its working.
I have deployed this resource to North Europe?
