Can not select prediction resource

they are grey , i can't click any prediction resource item.
and the same situation when i change culture.

@rencheng liang The publishing regions are tied to the authoring regions with LUIS. This is most likely the reason that you are not seeing the existing resources to be linked to prediction. In which region is your authoring region? I believe you are using a region in europe and since you do not have any other resource you are unable to use a prediction resource.

This is documented in LUIS documentation under authoring and publishing regions.
