win update 2004 stuck at 49 %

Hello,

I know there are still some issues with update to windows 2004. Our user have problem with this update. It is always stuck in 49 %. We are using WSUS.
I search problem and there is info, some PC have problem, because this update is compactible with some drivers.

So Im putting sample of drivers here, which could cause problem. See linkt bellow (link to 2 files with report). This should be reported to developers but I dont know If this is correct forum.

If not, please let me know where I should put this question.

    Actually we only wait. Problem was with CONEXANT audio drivers. When new drivers for CONEXANT audio was installed, upgrade win version 2004 was successfull.

    Answer to your questions:

    Do you mean you perform upgrade to Windows 10 version 2004, right? - Yes.
    I noticed the issue occur on some of computers not all devices, does all of them have same hardware model? Or only issue occur on specific model?- No. Issue was on different type of hardware model. Some of them was also virtuals machines and some of them laptops. Only different things was installed software.
    By the way, you said you put driver sample here, are they developed by your company? - No.

    As it is not available for us to open your solitea website share, if it is related with develop issue, we would recommend to create a new thread on Windows Hardware WDK and Driver Development

    If they are general drivers published by device manufacturer, I would recommend to disconnect all external devices only keep keyboard and mouse, then update hardware drivers from device manufacturer website before upgrade.
