Visio Plan 1 says I need a subscription but I already purchased one?

I just purchased Visio Plan 1 to start creating some process maps. While I can log into Visio with my Office 365 email address, each process map and category said I don't have a subscritpion and need to wait 10 minutes, then refresh. It has been over 24 hours and I still can't access any charts in Visio.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Jeremiah,

    Visio Plan 1 does not include the Visio desktop app, so did you log into Visio Online?

    When you face the same issue when logging into Visio for Web, please go to My Account with your email address to check whether you have the license for Visio Plan1.

    Besides, where did you purchase this product? Such as from official Microsoft site, it's best contact Microsoft via chat or by phone.
