Hi,
I'd like to create an enterprise application to provide SSO via AAD so I clicked the 'Enterprise applications' menu on Azure Active Directory, but the screen shows an only white blank page. Should I subscribe or pay for activating this menu? Otherwise, is there any technical issue with it?

It seems that I don't have enough permission.. can I create a new tenant or similar sandbox environment to develop an enterprise application?
I can't create a new tenant...
Update
I found "Create Resource" button, and trying to create a new active directory, and got below issue:
It returns that all initial domain name are already used in another directory.. I don't belive...
I can create an ADD, and enterprise applications now
I just clicked the 'Start' Trial button and put credit card information.
