Biztalk Rest Service hosting in IIS - Delay in reaching Pipeline

Hi Team,
I have hosted Rest service in IIS using WCF-WEB HTTP adapter. An average of 20-25 seconds take time to appear the message in pipeline after the source system has sent msg to IIS.
Can you help me with pointers where to look for root cause.

Start by checking the Polling time for all involved hosts.
