AAD Connect wizard fails to open

Can't run the AAD Connect wizard as it complains the configuration is not complete. I had issues when I downloaded it - it all installed OK the went through the scripts at the end and got stuck. Found some help forum that said manually run the Sync Service tool and configure the account for the Azure domain again, which I did then things started to sync. My users have been uploaded, but I still can't get the wizard to open properly. the error log complains:

    It is in any case a good idea to have another server in staging mode as a stabdy - you could install one of these on another server (it will do everything the current one does except actually export to Azure AD). If that works, then you need to switch the new one out of staging mode (making it your productio server), but first kill the other one - since you can't run the wizard and put it into staging mode, use powershell to stop the sync cycle, and then uninstall it. If the same thing happens to this new installation, then I guess that is a problem for Microsoft! More about Azure AD Connect at www.oxfordcomputertraining.com
