Windows Store for Business Failing to Load

I am trying to get InTune set up to handle software deployment for our AAD Enrolled devices. I have configured settings to only allow the Windows Private Store for Business and have claimed and assigned licenses for an app, but when I open the Store on any devices that have this policy, I am getting an error message.

Message: "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help."
