Win11 on HP Spectre crash since Win10 to Win 11 update. KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED rtux64w10.sys

Should I try to return to Win10 since I also lost use of my USB Laserjet P10006?

    When I run the V2 log collector I get

    & : the term '\resources\main.psi is not recognized ...

    What to do?

    1) Make sure that extract all is clicked.

    2) Uninstall any of these third party non-Microsoft software:
    a) antivirus
    b) firewall
    c) drive encryption

    3) If the above two steps don't fix the problem(s) then place the computer into safe mode (shift + restart) > run V2 while in safe mode
