How to customize Chinese-Japanese translator

I need to translate some Tweets. But I usually find out that the translated result isn't very nature. Especially animate name.
So I want to customize a translator. But maybe it is not support translate Japanese into Chinese(
What should I do?

    @250king The Azure custom translator v2 portal only supports custom translation project to & from English only.

    The platform enables users to build and publish custom translation systems to and from English.

    You can create two projects to translate from Japanese->English->Chinese

    Custom translator v1 had an option for unsupported language pairs but this service will soon be retired.
