From a problem member try to ipconfig / registerdns, what is the result?

Hello team, I need a help regarding this issue. Here I shared the scenario. Due to scavenging misconfiguration all A record got deleted from DC (Domain Controller). To restore those record we have already taken the following steps:
- Disable scavenging and aging.
- Restart domain join machine
- Check port TCP & UDP 53 and verified its open
- Zone is active directory integrated & Dynamic update Secure Only.
After all those step we got no success on Dynamic Record Update. Can anyone please help resolving the matter?

2022-03-28T09:07:03.53+00:00 @Dave Patrick All domain joined machine have static IP & no machine IP is not in DNS. Therefore I execute this command and output shows bellow as :
Registration of the DNS resource Records for all adapters of this computer has been initiated. Any error will be reported in the event viewer in 15 minutes.
