Hello,
I have a Knowledge Base built using follow-ups for a chatbot that has been deployed on multiple channels: Telegram, MS Teams, and WhatsApp.
WhatsApp doesn't support the follow-ups (buttons), so the QNA is not working.
I would create a separate Knowledge Base where I would not use follow-ups, created especially only for WhatsApp.
My question is if I am using the same chatbot can I publish separate QnAs, one for MS Teams and Telegram and one for WhatsApp?
