    Thanks for reaching out and apologize for the delayed response.

    As far as I can see, you are running the Azure AD connect application Version 1.4.18.0, which is a two-year-old version and notably, there were some known issues with older version of sync tool. Therefore, would request you to upgrade the Azure AD Connect to avoid such issues.

    Here is detailed guidance on how to upgrade from previous version of Azure AD connect. If you experience any issue with upgradation then you must contact MS support for assistance but in case if you don't have support plan but have active Azure subscription associated with your Azure AD tenant, then I can help you with crating one-time free support for you.     Hello @sikumars-msft,

    I tried to install v1.6 but it says that AAD is only supported on Windows Server 2012 or higher, im using Windows Server 2008.
    Can i install on Windows Server 2008 or i need to upgrade Windows Server?
