WSUS | The client has not reported since x days or more

Hello guys!
My environment:
Windows Server 2019 with WSUS
MS SQL Database

Both workstation and servers appears this message: "This computer has not reported status in xx days."

Could you help me please?

    Run the client side script on any affected computer ONCE after deleting the computer from the WSUS MMC console

    How many devices encounter this issue? Have you tried to clean up the database recently? If not, please try to Run the WSUS Server Cleanup Wizard and clean up the database.

    In the past, a lot of guys feedback that the report issue has been resolved be cleaning up the database.

    In addition, I found a related case and I want to share with you. Please try to run the scripts on the affected devices and check whether it is helpful.

    This is also true.
    Are you performing the proper WSUS maintenance including but not limited to running the Server Cleanup Wizard (SCW), declining superseded updates, running the SQL Indexing script, etc.?
